	U of S Engineering Graduate Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame Daryl Kenneth “Doc” Seaman, who graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1948, has been posthumously inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
	U of S Graduate Student Claims Top Prize for Bio-fuel Research Kathlene Jacobson, a Chemical Engineering graduate student at the University of Saskatchewan, took the top prize at the APMA-AUTO21 Annual Conference in Windsor, Ontario.
	U of S Students inspire interest in Science at Northern Saskatchewan Schools Constructing crazy kaleidoscopes, dissecting fetal pigs and learning the mitosis square dance were just a few of the hands-on activities Northern Saskatchewan students participated in as a part of an initiative to inspire young people’s interest in science and engineering.
	U of S Quarter Scale Sled Dogs Tractor Team finishes in Top Five at International Competition Congratulations to the University of Saskatchewan Sled Dogs ¼ Scale Tractor Team! The team placed 4th overall in a field of over 20 competitors at this year’s American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers (ASABE) ¼ Scale Tractor Student Design Competition in Peoria, IL , last week, an improvement from its performance last year.
