Engineering Graduate Course Council
The Engineering Graduate Course Council (EGCC) is recruiting new executive members!
The EGCC is a student-run organization serving the engineering graduate student community at the U of S. It sponsors orientation programs for fresh students, a number of academic services and a variety of social events throughout the year.

2. How Should I Apply?
The Election Officer is Zobayer Abdullah Khizir of Dept. Electrical Engineering. He is in charge of all the election activities. The application procedures for any position are as follows:
The application deadline is Jan. 21, 2008. The elections will be held on Jan. 22.
3. What're the Responsibilities for each Position?
The Publicity Co-ordinator

Shall be responsible for posting any and all information relevant to engineering graduate students which have been passed on by the Dean's office, the GSA, the EGCC, the faculty and the University Administration.

Shall post such information only in areas or on surfaces approved by the Dean's office.

In the absence of the secretary, the publicity coordinator shall keep graduate students informed of the activities of the EGCC and GSA (mostly through email).
The Social Co-ordinator

Shall be responsible for organizing any social events approved by the EGCC.

Shall keep all graduate students informed of ongoing and upcoming Campus Recreation sports via postings and emails etc.

Shall act as a representative of the EGCC in all recreation and social activities.

Shall be responsible for organizing any sporting events approved by the EGCC.
