Chemical and Biological Engineering Lecturer

The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, University of Saskatchewan, invites applications for a full-time, one year term faculty position at the rank of Lecturer, to begin July 1, 2011 or shortly thereafter.

The duties of the position will primarily include teaching undergraduate classes in the Chemical Engineering program.  The successful applicant will also be expected to participate in administrative and committee work as required. 

Interested applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.  The successful candidate will be eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and will have demonstrated competence teaching in an undergraduate engineering degree program.

Applicants should also arrange for three confidential letters of recommendation, to be sent under separate cover, from referees who can specifically address the candidate’s suitability for a position teaching Chemical Engineering.
