Helpdesk


The Engineering Computer Centre (ECC) supports all computing services in the College of Engineering. ECC staff work to update and maintain computer services and equipment year-round. If you need help with any software, hardware, or printing problems, there are a few options available to you. You can:
  • Ask ECC Help Desk staff for help. Office hours are: (M - F) 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are located in the Beta Lab.
  • Email us with your problem at engr_helpdesk@usask.ca. We will respond as quickly as possible.
